Drawing on his experiences learning and playing the didjeridu across Australia, and with personal account whilst on extended visit in Arnhem Land to learn traditional styles, Scott has a variety of entertaining stories and anecdotes surrounding his life and passion for the didjeridu and the indigenous culture to which it is tied. From his travels and life in many countries across Europe, playing and teaching the didjeridu, comes even more fascinating stories on the people and places he has played. In a presentation hyped with various tones and sounds from his instrument, he provides a personal account to what, where and how the didjeridu came to be, as well as its magical rise from its birthplace in the plains of Arnhem Land to the very corners of the globe, with an enormous current world-wide following. Scott presents for schools, corporate and private gatherings and events, providing an entertaining and interesting personal insight based on factual information and personal experience. Presentations take at least 1 hour and can be made with or without technical support. |
